Reviews: Shanghai Zhujiajiao Ancient Town - A Water Town in Ink-wash Painting Style Day Tour
Guest User2026-10-10
It's a beautiful town with a real old Chinese atmosphere. All the sights are within walking distance. It's a popular spot, and therefore crowded with tourists. We had to wait in lines to take photos. The main downside was the lack of a Russian-speaking guide, even though we bought a ticket with a Russian-speaking guide. It's unclear why we paid the extra 4,000 rubles. We ended up getting a transfer to the town and back to the hotel, like a comfortable taxi. We could have taken the metro.
