Very good tour - Mauricio was a great tour guide and Samuel was an excellent driver. Both of them took good care of us and made sure we were comfortable. The tour felt pleasantly stress-free and very well planned. Unfortunately, the poor communication with Joker itself was a negative point for me. Until two hours before the tour, we weren't sure whether it would take place. This MUST be improved. We were about to cancel because no one was responding - strange that the tour was then so excellently planned. Another negative point is the bus company Titicaca - seats are reserved at the very back. The smell and lack of hygiene on the bus are almost unbearable (I would recommend Joker switch to Todo Turismo, they have much better conditions! Unfortunately, we were not offered a free shower as described, we had to pay for it ourselves and it was not a hotel room but a closet next to the garage...

Spectacular full day . Gets very cold when sun sets so dress accordingly. We were traveling in July and got very cold during nighttime on the tour and in hotel. In dry season the star gazing option is out of the world . The guide / driver and all aspects of tour were very well coordinated. Car and hotel were comfortable . Our guide Julia was amazing and she made this once in a lifetime trip even more memorable.

The bus we took there was a cramped minibus; there was no space, and there were too many of us. One suggestion would be for the company to have assigned seats for tour passengers, and good seats at that.

A great trip is often said to be a combination of good weather, great companions, and a great guide—and today was exactly that kind of day. Our guide, Carlos, was perfectly prepared in every detail. He set up a tent on top of the vehicle and served us a wonderful lunch right in the middle of the Uyuni Salt Flats, including vegetables, rice, beef steak, and drinks. It was an unforgettable experience in an incredible setting. He also took professional-quality photos and videos, capturing beautiful moments throughout the tour. To make the day even more special, Carlos prepared a wine party at sunset, which added a magical touch to the experience. I have traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the Uyuni tour has been the highlight of my South American journey. Among the many Uyuni tours available, this one truly stands out, and I highly recommend it for its excellent organization and outstanding guide.

Amazing tour. Easy to find at the starting point. Lots of interesting facts and stories shared. Nice walking pace and got to see places I wouldn’t have even known to visit and also hear information about areas we had already visited but never would have learnt about without the tour. Good sized group.


