What's included
Baggage delivery service, this plan is applicable to hotels or guesthouses in Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, Sapporo, the 23 wards of Tokyo, Yokohama city, and around Tokyo Disney.
Baggage insurance up to $500 per item.
Up to $500 in baggage insurance, excluding damage to handles and wheels, accommodation, or flight ticket costs.
How to use
1. Book luggage delivery
Select the delivery route, baggage quantity, date, and time to place your order easily.
2. Get booking confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number from LuggAgent within 24 hours. Please check your inbox (including spam folder). If you don't receive it, please contact LuggAgent's official customer support.
Service day
Airport handover: Please refer to the confirmation email sent by LuggAgent, which contains detailed airport meeting point instructions for on-site luggage handover.
Hotel package drop-off: Please leave your luggage at the hotel front desk, take a photo of the storage receipt, and keep it before leaving. Note: The driver may not pick up your luggage immediately after storage, but rest assured it will be collected.
Hotel delivery: Luggage will be delivered to the hotel front desk under the booking name. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a copy of your hotel booking confirmation or documentation before the service.
Homestay delivery: Luggage must be handed over in person outside the homestay at the time of sending. For delivery, please provide your room password before 1:00 PM on the same day, and your luggage will be placed directly in your room.

If you encounter any issues on the service day, you can directly contact LuggAgent's official customer support to ensure smooth delivery.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
