Everything was fine, but I still didn’t understand what kind of VIP lounge was included in the ticket price, and just like everyone else, I sat and waited outside.

Basically, it's pretty simple: you get a voucher, arrive at the office (we used Angkal) an hour before departure, show the voucher, and they'll give you badges and print out tickets to pass through the turnstile for boarding. Everything is on time, absolutely right on time!

D'Camel. New, excellent, large boat. The crew is friendly. The air conditioning works, and there's an open deck. Everything was on schedule for us. The main drawback is that you have to book a day in advance. We missed it once, so we had to buy on the official website. Another drawback is that they don't offer children's tickets (they do on the official website), but it's still cheaper through a trip. And be sure to check the boat route carefully: on the way from Gili Trawangan, the boat calls at Meno/Air and Lombok, which adds 45 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Excellent service. I chose Idola Express from Sanur to Nusa Penida. They sent confirmation within an hour. They provided the exact location and even sent a photo of the office so I could find it. I recommend Trip!!!

The car was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning didn't smell moldy. While the driver didn't speak English well, communication was smooth and the staff did their best. With WhatsApp, you can call 10-15 minutes in advance to minimize waiting for the car on the road. (Due to Bali's traffic conditions, cars can't wait on the road forever; someone has to wait for the car, which is inconvenient. The roads are so narrow that cars have to wait behind you while you're parked.) I'm not sure if the driver can use KakaoTalk. He waited nearby for our family from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. He parked a little further away when parking was required. Instead of buying us food or drinks, he included them in the tip (he sent me a text message thanking me for the tip that morning. He didn't just receive the tip that day, but also expressed his gratitude the next day, which I also appreciated.)


