It is a great way to connect from the Chengdu train, bus waited at the car park upon our arrival, The driver advised us to align the nearest drop off point which is 5 min walk to the hotel. The return trip only has limited pickup points, Can easily Didi around 10+ yen.

Easy process to book and write/contact the driver! During the trip, several stops were made based on travelers' needs and interests - at temples, simple market and toilet visits. We were also dropped off right outside our hotel - great experience.

The shuttle bus departs from the Mirui building and leaves quite on time. The driver is good and not too fast. On the way there, I chose to sit in the driver's seat for a beautiful view.

The shuttle bus was punctual. The bus is clean, comfortable and spacious. The driver was kind and waiting for us although we are slightly late.

The driver called the day before arrival and 30 minutes before arrival at the destination station. He was actually waiting to greet us at the elevator exit. The 8 seater business van was clean and comfortable. The seat I was on had a heater and massage mode. The journey was smooth and the driver was friendly and joyful. He would drop everyone exactly at the hotel front door. I was so pleased with him that I booked on Trip. Com again for my return trip and luckily the same van and driver came to fetch us from the hotel

Overall a good experience. Many thanks to late evening support in the process of booking. Make sure you receive bus information with location for stepping in the bus and number plate + phone number of the driver. You will receive it via trip messenger or via text message when you have a Chinese number. Just verify the location, since hotel names are sometimes changing and not always clear for non native speakers.
