What an amazing tour. The views the food And most of all the thermal bats in Furnas were Just espectacular. Our tour guide Herv was very informative.

Andreas was full of information about all of the stops on this tour. He was able to answer all of our (and the others guests) questions. He brought us to a beautiful picture point to see islet vila do campo and at the end brought us to the top of the volcanic crater (about 2000 meters up). This allowed us to see all of the Furnas (including the church that we stopped at earlier that day) in a whole new way. He was very very articulate with explaining the process for both the tea and the pineapple plantations. This tour was a good balance (about 50/50) of structured group time and independent time to explore the stops.

had agreat day dupite the weather which literally rained all day but we were lucky we managed to get all the itinerary done even if the views not as expected ..joel Joel was an amazing guide with a wealth of knowledge that made all interesting lovely spot for lunch still managed to enjoy the day and do all we needed

Definitely one of the highlights from our trip. We felt safe the entire time with their expertise and instructions. The exhilaration of repelling the waterfall and jumping into the water and climbing was more fun and thrilling than we ever expected. Make sure to do this with Basaltic Azores Adventures. Best decision ever!

Absolutely amazing! We had pedro as our tour guide and were amazed at his expertise, professionalism and knowledge of the area. We learnt so much about the island and would 10/10 recommend! We also saw a beautiful viewpoint on the north of the island after the thermal baths and it was incredible!


