The cruise was pleasant, the catamaran was the one without a glass floor (I read somewhere that they had one). I had no complaints about the trip. The bar was rather empty in the off-season (March).

The course is perfect for those who are already cooking and those who don't have much cooking knowledge. Everything is shown from start to finish. It begins at the market and introduces us to the produce, its availability, and preparation methods—not just the ones we'll later eat and prepare, but also other important regional dishes. We also get a quick overview of the paella we'll be making, or rather, the roso, and what it is. Then, a few minutes of walking and cooking. We made everything ourselves, under the guidance and guidance of the instructor. Fred guided us step by step through the ingredients and dishes, showing us how to simplify things and how to make them classic. It's truly worth it! I highly recommend it.
