Although it was early in the morning, I chose this tour because it allowed me to experience the desert in a shorter time than other tours. The tour included hotel pickup and drop-off in Dubai, camel riding, surfboarding, a desert car ride, and a short break for some light drinks and dates. It said snacks were included, but the snacks were just one type of date. The guide was very enthusiastic about taking photos, etc.

All the basics of a desert tour are included. Food is catered by Hyatt Regency. The camp facilities were also excellent. The location is an hour from Dubai. Sand sliding is not included. However, our driver wasn't very good at photography.

The drive to the desert was quite long, the scenery along the way was amazing and well worth it. We arrived and started with the quad biking, which was included in our ticket. The ride lasted about 15 minutes, which was enough to take photos and enjoy the experience. There was an option to upgrade for an extra fee, but the smaller one was perfectly fine for our needs. After quad biking, we headed straight to dune bashing. This was both exhilarating and a bit scary, in the best way possible. The feeling that the vehicle might tip over added to the thrill, and it’s definitely a must-try activity. At the camp, we tried camel riding, which was just an okay experience. Local vendors will take photos of you and sell them afterward, make sure to bargain — prices can go as low as 10 dirhams by the end. The same goes for photos with a falcon, which come with a fee. The dinner was average and not particularly memorable, but the fire show was amazing and the perfect way to end the night.

On such a happy day, taking photos to record it became very meaningful. After sleeping in, Shahab Ali picked me up at the designated location in his car. Our first stop was choosing robes and headscarves; how could we come to Dubai and not pick out some local clothing? We took photos with the baby eagles. Our second stop was on the sand dunes, with loud music playing in the car—how could we not be happy? For the joy that words cannot express, please watch the video.
