It was a day tour packed from the crack of dawn until 10 PM that was so packed it was practically exhausting, but it was a great trip because we visited every place on the schedule and were given ample time at each location. We traveled by a large bus, which was in decent condition, and the tour guide was a kind and attentive person (sorry I can't remember their name). Personally, I wouldn't have dared to visit every single place, but thanks to this guide, I was able to travel comfortably and at a reasonable price. However, since there is a lot of walking involved, older travelers might get quite tired towards the end, so please keep this in mind.

The tour exceeded all expectations! We saw so much beauty in one day: the turquoise Kolsay Lakes, the mysterious Kaindy Lake with its tree trunks jutting out of the water, and the incredible Charyn Canyon—it was as if we'd visited different worlds. A special thank you to our guide, Eldar: he didn't just tell us facts, but shared his true love for these places. It was especially valuable that he led the tour in two languages—thanks to this, everyone in the group understood everything and could ask questions. It was interesting, calm, and very atmospheric. I definitely recommend it!

A fantastic tour! The tour guide was lovely and helpful. The food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed all the attractions. The transportation was comfortable, and they even offered pick-up and drop-off service from nearby hotels.
