Fantastic day of crazy adventure! Be prepared, this is not for couch potatoes or the faint of heart. This is a tough course but worth it! We had Luke and Paige as our guides and they made the day challenging yet always encouraging, kept cheering us on, and never felt like we were in danger. I’m older and felt a sense of accomplishment keeping up with a group of 20 something’s.
