Loved the experience of American ninja in the trees.lol. Just be warned your body will feel it the next day , but great place to go that's different from the norm.

A lovely break from the parks and see some wildlife, including alligators, turtles and lots of birdlife. Jimi was a great guide - lovely guy and knowledgable about the wildlife and plants. Definitely recommend.
