Mr. Sandi is a fantastic private tour guide and driver. He is well prepared, super friendly, and patient. He speaks fluent English, told us a great deal about the culture and history of Bali. It has been an excellent service! Our tour guide (Stroberi man 🍓) is the best tour guide I've met so far. He's extremely helpful, punctual, polite and fluent in English. I informed him in advance about my mom's impaired mobility and he assisted happily. He patiently helped us with routes, ticket purchasing, taking group pictures and even dropped us at the nearest locations to the attractions since my mom can't walk much. The restaurant he took us to for lunch was also perfect! There's literally nothing to complain about. He also came prepared with water and snacks for us. And he also knows and navigates around Ubud very well. perfect service!★

Amazing trip! My driver and guide Mr. Wirma was so kind, helpful, punctual and enthusiastic throughout this journey. He is very flexible and always makes sure you’re comfortable and at ease. He’s also the best photographer. I highly recommend this tour. You will see one of the most stunning sights in Bali, including the famous Gate of Heaven. You will enjoy it even more if Mr. Wirma is your guide. 🤩★

We couldn't find our driver at the airport, and they said they couldn't contact us via WeChat, but we asked the airport security to help us call the driver so that the driver could find us. I hope there will be more communication software that can be used, otherwise it will be very troublesome to make a call. The subsequent driver took us to complete our journey, but he seemed a little lost (or because our hotel was very remote). Overall, it was good★

I’d love to chat about Ketut. He’s such a wonderful person who made us feel like family. He showed us everything and was incredibly kind and helpful. He even took photos for us and gave us some time together. We were even allowed to enter the waterfall, even though it was closed for new visitors. We’ll definitely be asking Ketut for help on our next trip.
