It was very convenient to book in the evening and depart the next day. The drivers I've driven with in Bali were all quite friendly and could speak English. However, the traffic was very congested, especially since we were staying at the beach walk in Kuta. So even if we booked a 10-hour chartered tour, we still needed to estimate the traffic jam time when planning the itinerary.

Many reviews said they received emails from the driver the day before, but I didn't receive one, so I was a little worried before I left. Contrary to my worries, I easily found my name at the meeting point listed in the product description, and I was able to walk to the vehicle without any issues. However, I was a little disappointed that I had to wait about 10 minutes for the vehicle. Still, I'd definitely use it again.
