Utterly exhausting, but a worthwhile experience. A trainer, with some English proficiency, takes you through the basics. They have a locker room and shower, as advertised. The space itself is pretty modern and clean. No complaints. Would do again.

I lived in Thailand for 2 years and have now come back two times and each time I have done cooking the classes. They have all been very enjoyable. This is my first time doing a tingly cooking class and it was excellent. Our instructor, Chau (sp) was super fun and very easy to understand. We're going back next week with our friends whom we're sure will love it too!

The process begins with explaining the differences between the top, middle, and base notes. Then, you choose your favorite scent. After you've made your selection, the shop will offer professional advice and suggestions on adjusting the perfume's proportions. It's a very helpful experience.

We loved this experience. We started with a walk through the morning market. Our guide showed us many items we would use in class as well as other fruits and vegetables native to the region and less common in the USA. We then started cooking our 4 course meal which included Tom Yum Shrimp Soup, shrimp Pad Thai, green curry chicken and mango sticky rice. We made our own coconut milk and green curry paste. Our class ran like a well oiled machine with staff getting us ready for the next course while we ate. I highly recommend this activity in Bangkok.


