Excellent tour with Yao, can tell she has passion in her job, she makes sure all 12 of us are happy, always preemp us informations about the next spot, history of Sapa and Cat Cat village, makes sure we got the best deal with tickets and the best shopping and photo spots. Went to cloud dragon skywalk in the afternoon, expected to have clear sky, unfortunately it rained. Staffs are friendly, organize visitors to get up and down, stopped at the waterfall on the way back.

Took the sleeper bus to Sapa and overall it was smooth, nothing much to complain about. Just a small nitpick: taller people might find the leg space a bit tight. Im 177cm tall and I can’t stretch my legs fully. The staff who handled my booking were friendly and helpful, from arranging the pickup at my hotel to getting me onto the actual sleeper bus. That’s about it, pretty straightforward experience. (Photo uploaded is me sitting up)
