I arrived two hours before my reservation and they accommodated me without any problems. The makeup artists and photographer were super responsive and interested. He constantly showed me poses to ensure the photos turned out beautifully.

5/5 – Cici turned us into actual Qing Dynasty royalty (and somehow made us look good doing it) Cici, you’re absolute legend. From the second we met her she was warm, professional, and so attentive. During the cultural immersion walk and photo session around the Forbidden City, Cici’s stories about imperial court life brought the red walls, corridors, and palace gates to life. She patiently assisted in our poses, timed the shots perfectly, and most importantly translated everything the photographer said in Mandarin into clear English so we never missed a beat. She turned the whole outing into an artistic, memorable journey rather than just a photo op. We left with beautiful raw photos, retouched images on the way, and the best souvenir of all feeling like we’d stepped into “Empresses in the Palace” for a day.
