Valerie, thank you. Our tour was wonderful: interesting history and scenery throughout. Myself and my two colleagues jumped on the tour at short notice, and it was a definite highlight. Moon valley, witches market, the cable car, all fun and interesting. Give it a go folks if you can fit it in during your time in La Paz.

Carlos was an amazing guide — extremely friendly, professional, and very patient. He genuinely cares about making sure everyone in the group is happy and enjoying every moment. He paid attention to each person, made us feel comfortable, and created such a positive atmosphere. He even played music from different countries, which added a special and personal touch to the experience. Bolivia was the first leg of my trip - after a few days in La Paz I started my month-long trip with Bolivia/Peru Hop. (Peru Hop is a separate review). We were picked up at our hotel at the break of dawn and drove for a few hours to Copacabana where we had lunch before heading to Isla del Sol for an 1 and 1/2 hour hike at over 4,000 meters. Afterward, we headed to the Peruvian border. Abner our guide was present at every step of the trip, providing us with important information, and making sure everyone was comfortable and well-informed while being considerate friendly, and professional. 5-star services!

It was good, definitely cheaper if you just book in Uyuni at a travel agents on the Main Street. Guide wasn’t the most enthusiastic person ever but he was okay and got us everywhere we needed to go. All the tours are the same so if you can get a cheaper one on the Main Street I would. Salt flats were amazing tho.


