Nicholas was our guide and did an amazing job! The van was clean and he had cold water fir us. He gave us options to accommodate things we did and where we went. Got to get out and take pictures and stay as long or short as we wanted. He even stopped at a luggage store we needed to go to! Very knowledgeable about everything we saw and asked about! Highly recommend you ask for him!

My guide was Otilia. Time planning was great, we had sufficient time at all destinations and attractions on the journey. Otilia was a knowledgeable and passionate guide who really shared a lot of stories about Romanian history which I found very interesting myself. However, we were unable to enter Peles Castle unless we paid extra, close to 30 euros, which is too much.

The experience at the sites was fantastic, absolutely worth it, everything was beautiful. It's a shame they charge €30 in cash to enter each castle when they cost €20 each online. My friend and I went into the castles independently, and it was the best decision. We bought our tickets online and went at our own pace. The experience with the guide, Cristian, was terrible. He didn't introduce himself to greet us or explicitly explain what we were going to do, which all guides do. He arrived late and didn't wait for the group to finish, only guiding those of us who had paid him to enter the castles.
