I love how simple it is to pick up from the airport and immediately start using it. You do need to be able to provide them with a credit card in case you damage or lose the pockeg WiFi, but other than that it is a great item to make use of when traveling.★

It works great, everything works, the internet is fast and strong. We even bought an extra 50 baht worth of data, totaling over 200 baht, which is more than half the price of roaming. I used to pay 699 baht (excluding VAT) for roaming, but this is much better. Installation isn't difficult, and checking remaining data is easy. The difficult part is deleting the old eSIM and starting over. I initially thought it would automatically renew like roaming once the data ran out. But you have to set it up carefully. It's inconvenient to do this outside the house without internet access. However, receiving calls from your main number still costs money.★

I use it all the time, and it's so easy because I just set it up before I leave Japan and then switch it on when I arrive in Korea! It can be difficult to connect in crowded areas like concerts, but I've never had any problems with it in everyday use, so I'll definitely use it again when I go back.★

My five-day trip to Seoul was very smooth, and the installation was straightforward even for beginners. Initially, the installation in Taiwan was a bit confusing, but the customer service was excellent and patient. I was worried that it would be almost 11 pm and no one would respond or I would receive a message, but a real person replied, resolving my doubts and anxieties. Highly recommended! 👍
