The ticketing time is very vague on our tickets time to pick up was 8:30 but what we weren’t told by organisers was that our access to Palace time was not until 1:00. Fortunately we had met some girls who worked at The Al Ahumbra and they advised us not to get there until 10:30-11:00 which we did. Otherwise we would have wasted our morning
