Reviews: From Ercolano: Vesuvio Park Entry Ticket and Roundtrip Bus

A very well-organized short trip. The office at Ercolano train station is easy to find (immediately to the left as you exit the main entrance). Upon boarding the bus, you receive your entrance tickets to Vesuvius National Park, which you scan at the entrance. You then have two hours to hike up and down to and from the crater rim and explore it on your own. This is plenty of time. A fantastic experience in good weather. It's also recommended to combine the tour with a visit to the Herculaneum archaeological site, which is within easy walking distance of Ercolano Scavi train station.★
