We had a great time on our tour, our guide Simone was very professional and knowledgeable. He took us to the most iconic places in Rome. I would highly recommend this tour as you can easily access places that would be hard to get to on a big group tour.

He listened carefully to what we wanted to see and he diligently planned a route through the city focused exactly on our requirements. The highlight was being taken outside the tourist area to the best gelato we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

We have an amazing time with Aiman, our friendly and easygoing tour guide. The golf cart is the perfect and zippy way to explore the highlights of the city in a half day run with an elderly and a child! We hit everything quintessentially Rome…from Aiman’s fav instaperfect spot of the colosseum to the firing of the canon on the Rome hilltops. Turtle Tours left us a list of must tries in Rome and within our immediate area which were definitely worth the visit. Overall a fantastic no regrets tour if you want to explore Rome highlights without breaking a leg :)

Dennis was a great tour guide. Aside from the pre-selected spots for us to visit, my wife stated an interest in seeing some churches. He took us to several churches around the city that were just beautiful. We also stopped for some great coffee, wine, ice cream, and other Italian treats. A must do.

We had an amazing time visiting these place. Our driver was prompt at picking us up from our hotel. Very comfortable 4-door mid-sized sedan car as well—perfect for 2 in the backseat (having 3 people would of been tight. If that is your case, as for a bigger car). The tour guide accompanied us in the car, pointing out a few interesting details as we were leaving Rome. It is about 30 minutes outside of Rome but can be longer depending on traffic. The guide was VERY informative and really had a passion about the information he was telling us. We never felt rushed—in fact we went over the estimate tour time because we took our time enjoying the sites. We stopped for an afagato in between the 2 sites and that was perfect. It is a lot of walking and steps so be mindful about shoes. Also bring water and I would suggest a sun umbrella for shade as well.
