Everything went smoothly. From the moment we booked, we communicated with the manager about all matters. We were faced with a flight delay, and ended up arriving a day late. The booking was easily rescheduled through communication via WhatsApp. No extra charges or unnecessary questions. We found a counter at the airport and from there we were escorted all the way to the hotel. It's definitely worth booking—no transfer headaches, just a relaxing vacation.

The whole thing was well organised, yet easy going and friendly. They handled everything, I just followed the guides. They have teams in the Panay side and another awaiting on the Boracay side to collect you and take you to your hotel. The van is air conditioned and they gave out bottled water which was appreciated. The experience was smooth and the water crossing was so much fun. Definitely recommend

The activity and tour was good, the only problem we encountered me and my husband was we left the station very late due to transportation unavailability. Meeting place and time is 8:15am so we arrived 7:45am and we left the station around 9:30 in the morning.

I highly recommend it! We were met at the airport with a sign with our full name, put on a bus, then a boat, and then another bus. Since we couldn't drive to the hotel, a company representative met us and carried all our suitcases to the hotel.
