The guide system was particularly effective; we had a dedicated English-speaking guide whose passion and deep knowledge brought the history of the region to life. She didn't just show us ancient sites - she connected the ingenious principles of the 2,000-year-old irrigation system directly to its vital role in Sichuan today, which was fascinating. A crucial piece of advice: ensure you have WeChat installed. Our guide used a chat to align the hotel pickup and share route details. An absolutely first-class, educational, and enjoyable day.

I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. First of all, the Siguniang Mountain scenic area is truly beautiful, and the weather was especially nice today, perfect for taking photos! Secondly, our tour guide, Tao Tao, was excellent and very professional; the itinerary was well-planned. Finally, the driver was also very skilled. It was a very satisfying day trip, and I'll definitely come back to Western Sichuan again—there are just so many beautiful sights!

Fantastic short tour - pick up bang on time, tour leader Barry very informative, clear and funny, his English was perfect. Although he warned us that there is no guarantee that we will see lots of pandas we were lucky and saw lots of very active pandas, including ones that were still very young and were playing with their mums.The tour only visits about half of the site but with limited time in Chengdu this was more than enough. We probably had about 2 hours on site in total but Barry knew shortcuts to help us get around quickly. Highly recommended!


