The thermal baths are nice, a good way to spend a few hours. Our guide gave us the wristbands and explained how everything worked inside, the one improved I would recommend would be to have a map of the facilities to help explain all of the sections but cannot fault it otherwise.

We had the most amazing day from start to finish. Milo our tour guide was friendly, helpful and made you feel so relaxed the moment you met him. The day was flawless from the very first stop, lots of time to explore with lots of explanations about what was going on and what we were seeing. Zakopane is the most beautiful town and I would say a just see for anyone visiting Poland, its totally different to the Old Town of Krakow and we were even lucky enough to experience some snowy mountains! For us, we even moved the trip by a day, so we could fit something else in during our time in Poland and the team could not have done more for us, the trip was changed within the hour of contacting them. I would highly recommend using them and will be keeping their details saved for any future trips we may plan!

Mido was very friendly and explained the history behind Zakopane. He was very informative about how to have the smoothest experience throughout the day. The views were gorgeous and the thermal pools were good too. A good amount of time spent in each place.

My husband and I traveled to Krakow from Elbląg specifically to relive our memories of Zakopane, and this trip was tailor-made for us. We also had the opportunity to take advantage of the newly opened SkyWalk Heart of Poronin. We chose the morning group tour and were surprised when, instead of a bus, a car showed up. Not only was the weather beautiful, but we also had a private tour. Our guide, Hubert, was a very positive and kind person. We felt pampered. He suggested we start the tour in Chochołów to see the village's historic wooden buildings. Then we set off for Gubałówka Mountain, where we had free time to explore. He suggested cheap and good places to eat, which we gladly did. Finally, we went to see the main attraction of the tour. The view was breathtaking. It was a very nice experience. Mido, our guide, was precious, making sure that we were comfortable at all times and giving us all the insider tips! He was very kind and gave us tips also for the rest of our trip. Would recommend him wholeheartedly!
