My father purchased an eSIM from Amazon from a manufacturer whose name starts with "A," offering unlimited calls and internet access. He had used it on the Big Island of Hawaii six months prior without any problems, so he activated it in Japan again this time. However, after arriving on the Big Island, he disabled airplane mode, but still couldn't connect. Nothing worked, so he consulted me in Japan.
