We enjoyed the tour. Our English isn't great, but we understood our guide, Su, perfectly! He's a great, friendly guy. We were picked up from our hotel in a comfortable minibus; there were nine of us, six from Russia. We saw waterfalls, visited a coffee farm, a silk factory, and even peeked in to see some crickets. We had lunch at the buffet for 180 denai—the food was delicious and varied! We only wish there had been more time at the Elephant Falls and the Female Buddha. They're very beautiful grounds, and climbing to the top of the statue took quite a while, while we only had 40 minutes. The coffee farm could have been a little shorter, too; no one in our group wanted to try the coffee because it was so expensive. The guide warned us that it was expensive and completely unnecessary. Thanks for organizing!★

For half-day or full-day tours, this is a must-see! The itinerary will be clearly explained the day before. Our guide, Huy, provides very detailed explanations and uses simple, easy-to-understand English to clearly introduce the attractions. His service is also very patient and attentive, so you don't need to worry about language barriers at all. A truly excellent experience! 👍★

I really enjoyed the trip. They sent me a text message in advance with the pickup location. The car was comfortable, seating seven. The wide, comfortable seat had a phone charger, wide armrests, and my back was comfortable. The driver gave everyone a bottle of water, which was nice. We stopped at a cafe along the way, where we could get something to eat, drink, and use the restroom. The stop lasted about 30 minutes. The driver drove very calmly and professionally throughout the entire route, including the serpentine roads. There were wonderful views along the rapids. I loved it.★

It's been almost two weeks since I returned home, and I still can't get enough of my trip to Da Lat's waterfall rappelling.
We booked this trip on a whim before leaving Da Lat, quite late, and without local Vietnamese contact information. However, they quickly contacted me via email and patiently answered all my questions. They even went out of their way to check and confirm policies regarding the safety of our ten-year-old child.
On the day of the trip, our family of three, along with seven other friends from around the world, formed our "United Nations" group. Our tour leader, Vin, was incredibly cheerful and humorous, a true social butterfly. He kept everyone entertained throughout the trip, switching fluently between various languages. His English was remarkably fluent, which I learned he had acquired through work experience and self-study – truly inspiring!
Before the experience began, the three-person team reconfirmed safety protocols on-site, helped everyone choose suitable equipment, and conducted basic instruction at the base to ensure everyone mastered the fundamentals of rappelling, big jumps, rope control, and fast descents. The actual experience was a combination of off-road hiking and waterfall rappelling, with a total elevation gain of nearly 400 meters. The third waterfall and the Washing Machine Waterfall rappelling were particularly thrilling, as the strong water flow could cause slight breathlessness. Therefore, good swimming skills or a strong fear of water are necessary; otherwise, some panic may occur. However, there's no need to worry too much, as all rappelling points follow fixed routes. They will inform you of the characteristics of each point and provide suggested techniques beforehand. Most importantly, they are extremely responsible throughout the entire process. One person arrives early on the ground to observe, guide, and arrange photo spots, while two accompany guests to prepare and control the safety ropes. They were also very attentive to my child, adding extra control ropes to ensure safety during zip-lining rappelling as the child's weight could cause them to go too fast. For children who were a little timid, they provided endless emotional support, such as making them laugh and offering encouragement. Finally, the meals at the campsite were simple local fare, clean and varied, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, fruits, etc. Overall, the experience and professionalism were far superior to those in China, making this a highly recommended service and itinerary! The only regret is not getting a photo with Vin and his team; I'll just have to go again next time to make up for it! Finally, thank you again to the Viet Challenge team.★

I had a very great time during this tour. A very unforgettable one as this is my first time getting injured lol just minor injuries from go cart. I also lost my favorite gold bracelet but as long as I am safe that is all that matters, I was reallytraumatized lol. Our tour guide Tuy is also very attentive and caring. Thank you so much!
