We had a wonderful experience with Giancarlo as our tour guide. We arrived about 15 min early and he was there, waiting. He sent us details before arrival to ensure we found him easily. He was funny, knowledgeable and really made the tour not only enjoyable, but educational. The weather was colder than we anticipated, but he messaged us before and reminded everyone he to dress warmly. We felt very prepared!


