I had an amazing experience on my tour to Ba Na Hills Sun World and the French Village! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the architecture was beautiful. Everything was well organised, and there were so many amazing places to explore and take photos. The Golden Bridge was definitely a highlight and something I’ll never forget!
A special thank you to our tour guide, Huy, who made the whole experience even better! He was so funny, kind, friendly and welcoming, and he made sure everyone was having a great time. He was knowledgeable, helpful and always happy to answer questions, making the tour fun and enjoyable from start to finish. He really went above and beyond to make the day special! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam, especially with Huy as your guide. It was such a memorable experience and one of the highlights of my trip!★

We booked this reservation in vain, although maybe someone who arrives early will get through without a queue, if it's during the day, but in the morning there are so many people, and they only let you through passport control, and you don't have to stand in line for registration. We took another additional service, we couldn't cancel this one, it was late in the evening and we had to fly in the morning, so be careful what you order, although it also saves time, I can say that I recommend it★

Everything went perfectly. Our guide, Kelvin, was wonderful. He explained everything perfectly. If we didn't understand right away, as the group was English-speaking and we were non-English speakers, he quickly sorted everything out for us and helped us. The trip was fascinating. The excursion was amazing; we loved it so much that we took it a second time. We were picked up from our hotel in Da Nang and taken by transport to Hoi An. There, we waited for the boat and then went to the island. We walked around the island a bit, explored the local sights, and then went snorkeling. We were given masks and vests and about an hour of free snorkeling. The reef was beautiful, with lots of different fish. Of course, everything depends on the weather; for example, on the first day, we saw more marine life than on the second, as the sea was less calm. However, it didn't spoil the experience. Then we went for lunch; it was very filling and delicious, and we had an hour free to walk around and swim. Finally, we were dropped off at the hotel; everything was great.★

The immigration and customs procedures were completed in about 10 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. Since I went into Hanoi city during my transit, I might not have made my connecting flight if the regular lanes had been crowded. I highly recommend this option for anyone who wants to make the most of their time.★

I went to Sam Spa, located very close to the beach, and booked an oil treatment massage based on online reviews. The women at the spa were all very kind, and after filling out a questionnaire, I was led to a private room. They asked about my preferred pressure level, making it easy to express my preferences, and it seems you can even change therapists if you don't like the one you get. I stuck with the one I was assigned. The oil was used sparingly, but the massage was smooth and left my whole body feeling relaxed. After the treatment, I was served tea and dessert, and I enjoyed the lingering relaxation and the feeling of the massage along with the other customers before leaving the spa. It's a funny story, but I forgot something at the spa and had to walk quite a distance back to my hotel. Just before arriving, I remembered what I'd forgotten and had to go back to get it, putting my newly relaxed body back to its old habits.
