What a great way to see some of Northern Greece! A driver, Sebastian, picked us up directly at six in the Mercedes taxi. We were able to stop for coffee and breakfast on our way to see the monasteries. We made it there before any of the tour buses to see the area with less people. My husband really enjoyed seeing the battle site between the Spartans and the Persians. I never thought I would get to see Delphi in my lifetime, but this was also a special place. It had a museum and an archaeological site and was not overrun with tourists. It made exploring the archaeological site more enjoyable. Our driver was there to wait on us the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and gave us history of all the areas we visited. afterwards, we were hosted for dinner and drinks before being returned to our front door. if you take this Tori, you’ll get a whole days worth of history, fun, and adventure.
