The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes. The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.

Very nice, everything was well organized. Our guide Mick made sure that we had a good time, never wasted any time by avoiding queues and preordering our lunch. It went so smooth that I feel we could have walked a bit more here and there as we were already back in Sydney by 4pm, which was the plan though. I do recommend this tour to anyone who wants to spend one day in thr Blue Mountains and visit an animal wildlife park, without long walks or exhausting hikes.

Had the most amazing day at the blue mountains, our tour guide Ronnie was so entertaining and informative. You could tell he really loved his job and cared about making sure we did everything we wanted to. We had such a great day out. Loved seeing the animals and feeding kangaroos at the wildlife park.


