Today we had a wonderful trip to the Great Ocean Road, and our driver provided excellent service throughout the day. He was punctual, friendly, and very professional. Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

It was a great tour with a great driver, Augustin. It's definitely worth the trip, as you can see the 12 apostles from at least five angles. The bus was comfortable, and everything matched the description.

The tour delivers on its promises for the price; you're transported from stop to stop and the guide provides some interesting facts. I personally enjoyed it quite a bit; we had just the right amount of time at each stop.


