I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes! I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!

Chef Jannino was amazing and fun! Inspiring for kids as he had them cook the gelato. Was actually a lot of fun for adults and kids or even just adults! Chef kept it entertaining and had great recommendations for local restaurants so make sure to ask!

This was the most memorable experience from our trip to Florence! There were so many cooking classes to sign up for and I am so glad I picked this one with Chef Luca and Erika. Luca met us at the meeting point and was just wonderful throughout the whole entire day! I learned so much about Italian cooking. Simple but incredibly amazing! The bruschetta, the wine, the pasta and the tiramisu. Used the freshest local ingredients to complete all our courses. Best time ever!
