Our guide was Andrew. He prepared an amazing tour for us and showed us the beauty of Daintree. We took a river cruise on Daintree river and saw some crocodiles sunbathing. We enjoyed a peaceful lunch and a refreshing swim in a Emmagen creek. We saw a lot of pure nature, that left us in awe. The ice cream from tropic fruits at the end of the tour was really delicious. The Cape Tribulation Beach was really wide and worth seeing. Sending love from Slovenia.★

Today we joined a tour through the Daintree region, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Our guide, Daniel, really made the day. He had a great mix of knowledge, fun facts, and light-hearted humor that kept the whole group engaged from start to finish. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he was doing, and that enthusiasm was contagious. His stories about the area’s history, the local wildlife, and the rainforest itself added a lot of depth to each stop we visited.
The sights along the way were beautiful, especially the guided walk at Mossman Gorge and the views from Alexandra Lookout. The wildlife cruise on the Daintree River was relaxed and enjoyable, offering a peaceful way to take in the surroundings. If you’re hoping to spot a crocodile, it’s worth knowing that the chances are quite low at this time of year. Still, we were lucky enough to see a small one, which was a fun surprise and added a nice bit of excitement to the cruise.
Cape Tribulation was absolutely stunning as wel, if anything, I would have liked just a little more time there to wander and take it all in. Lunch was fine, though nothing particularly memorable, but the stop at the ice cream shop later in the afternoon definitely made up for it. The flavors were unique, refreshing, and a real treat. If I could tweak one small detail, I would have preferred the tea and coffee to take with us on the road rather than before departure, but it didn’t take away from the experience, and I understand this may depend on the group setup for the day.
All in all, it was a memorable tour. The scenery was beautiful, the pace of the day was pleasant, and Daniel’s guiding tied everything together perfectly. I would absolutely recomend this experience to anyone wanting to explore the Daintree in an enjoyable and insightful way.
