The Taiwanese eSIM I reserved here worked without any problems, so I tried using the Korean one for the first time and it worked without any problems this time too! Just be aware that they don't issue phone numbers! I'd like to use it again next time! I haven't used customer service so I don't know.

We bought a global e-SIM with 1GB per day (enough for instant messaging and Google Maps for two users, as it shares data). Our goal is to travel across four countries. We've traveled through two countries so far, and everything works fine. Initially, we had to manually configure the e-SIM because the hotspot for data tethering wasn't working. But it turned out to be easy to configure; the instructions given upon purchase were sufficient. So far, we're very happy.


