The train journey from Tbilisi to Yerevan arrived on time at 9:00 AM. The driver was waiting at the train station, and we boarded immediately upon exiting. Two people per car was very convenient. The company communicated with us in advance via WhatsApp regarding all matters. Lunch was at a designated hotel, which was a bit pricey. Overall, a very good experience.

First of all, the guide was very friendly. Due to the tour group composition, the explanations were given in English first, followed by Russian, which was easy to understand and helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak English very well. However, it was a shame that the meal was late, after 2 PM, and the latter part of the tour was mainly focused on enjoying the scenery.

The pick-up point is the Yerevan Grand Stairs, a very easy-to-find location. The tour guide was attentive and responsible, there was ample time for sightseeing, the itinerary was well-planned, and there was an unlimited supply of bottled water. It was a very pleasant trip.
