It was a wonderful experience; we saw so much. The route was slightly altered (due to a canal closure), but that wasn't a problem at all. The tour guide was fantastic, providing excellent explanations with relevant anecdotes – everything was presented brilliantly. The service was also top-notch, friendly and helpful. After purchasing through Trip.com, you will need to exchange your ticket for a paper one at a tourist information center in Cologne. If you go to the information center located very close to Cologne Central Station, they will exchange it for a paper ticket and ask you to fill in your name and start date yourself. They will also explain that you should have the ticket stamped by a machine the first time you board a train or bus.

very convenient to use - paid online and got the email confirmation in a few seconds. Show the QR code (in the attachment of the email confirmation) to the driver and then we could get on and off in the same line of Hamburg's city tour bus within one day.
