Great tour of Gibraltar, really easy to find the guide at the port and recommend this for anyone on a cruise ship and porting in Gibraltar.

Since it's an Orange network and not an MVNO, I was able to use it with peace of mind within France. In some rural tourist areas, it occasionally showed 3G, but it still seemed better than cheaper MVNOs. After activating it and arriving in France, it seemed like I needed to establish data communication with Orange via Wi-Fi or roaming. I received an SMS from Orange, so it seems the phone line is working. Take your time and try to secure a means of communication.
