The makeup artist was great, the photos were delivered promptly, the photographer was great, the service was excellent, I'm satisfied with the platform, and the photos are beautiful.

The flights and hotels offered good value for money. Flight times were well-connected. Both hotels were in excellent locations. However, the Sheraton in Hong Kong, being an older five-star hotel, had relatively outdated facilities, especially poor soundproofing in the rooms, whether in the hallways, adjacent rooms, or the elevator. I changed rooms once, but the experience was still unsatisfactory (the first night I was next to the freight elevator and couldn't sleep).
