The hotel was alright, with good environment and facilities; however, the Chinese restaurant was a bit crowded, and we waited for half an hour for dinner. We also encountered heavy snow while soaking in the hot springs, so we didn't dare to stay for too long, but it was still okay.★

Overall, it was a good experience. Special praise goes to our tour leader, Jiang Bin; he was very professional and enthusiastic. One of our group members (Gao Ping) accidentally fell, and Binbin sacrificed his free time to stay by his side, which deeply moved us. I suggest the company commend him. The addition of a few attractions was also excellent.Trip.com picks
