The entire tour was well-connected. Although each attraction on the shore was relatively small, there was lunch on the boat, afternoon tea at sunset, opportunities to visit caves, take a bamboo raft ride, stroll on the beach, and climb mountains. The tour covered everything, making for a very enjoyable experience.

Ruby's customer service was very prompt in their notifications, and the itinerary was described in great detail. The cruise segment was well-organized, and the local Vietnamese guide was very responsible, creating a lively atmosphere, and communicating in English was seamless. The buffet lunch was relatively good, and the day trip covered most of the famous attractions. Halong Bay is truly beautiful and well worth seeing.

Overall, it was very good. The buffet was fresh and the food was delicious. My friends were all very satisfied. It was great value for money. The ship was also very clean, and the service staff was good. The only downside was that it was very crowded, so we couldn't fully enjoy the experience. Although we chose a Chinese-speaking guide, the large number of people made it difficult to properly listen to the guide's explanations and other activities.

Our 1-night, 2-day Ha Long Bay tour with Arcady Cruise was a truly relaxing and heartwarming experience. A huge thank you to Harry and the entire crew. Everyone was exceptionally kind, attentive, and kept us safe and comfortable throughout. Harry was an outstanding guide who explained every sight and activity with genuine passion and care. The highlight was how they celebrated our son's 8th birthday. We had casually mentioned it during onboarding, and the crew remembered—surprising him with a cake and a lovely celebration that our family will never forget. While the ship feels slightly dated, it was spotless, completely odor-free, and very well-maintained. We also appreciated that optional paid activities and drinks were clearly explained with zero pressure or upselling. If you are looking for a Ha Long Bay cruise, I wholeheartedly recommend Arcady Cruise!
