Everything was great, but the kayaking organization was terrible. This isn't a complaint about the company I was with, but about the place itself. Everyone paddles through a cave, and big boats paddle right at the kayaks. There are always accidents and injuries! They put you in your kayak, but when you get back, they don't even let you dock, let alone help you out. They just push the kayaks of those arriving to send off new people who just got off the boat. A man in a kayak next to me had his paddle snatched, and they started kicking his kayak away from the dock because other people were trying to paddle away. What's a man supposed to do in the bay without a paddle? And on Titov Island, the line goes all the way up the stairs! I think they should limit the number of people per day. Or take people on different routes.★

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience.
The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage.
The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly.
On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience.
The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included.
Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.★

The tour on a boat is a must in Catba. Tour bus came to pick us up to the hotel and drop us off after we finished. Everything was well organized and we have plenty of time to rest★

This tour is a must-see if you go to Hoi An. You'll cycle along scenic roads, have the opportunity to ride a water buffalo, and explore the water palm coconut paradise by bamboo basket boat and Spin . Our guide was knowledgeable and kind, making it a relaxed and educational experience.
