The location was Say Reserve Roastery. The instructor was very professional, introducing basic coffee beans and the history of Vietnamese coffee. In just one hour, we learned to make two types of Vietnamese coffee. The instructor spoke excellent English and was very friendly. That day, only my sister and I had booked the class; there was only one person ahead of us in a 1-on-1 session. After the class, he also recommended a cheaper place to see the railway train. 👍👍

I wanted to make the most of my two and a half days in Hanoi. So I chose a culinary masterclass. But the group didn't fill up, so I had a private lesson. Alex taught me how to make the legendary egg coffee. She told me about the specialties of Vietnamese coffee and the cost of eggs at the supermarket. Then I participated in the process of making legendary banh mi buns, from kneading the dough to assembling them. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness in the kitchen and the hygiene during food preparation. While the buns were baking, Alex and I chatted about life. And, despite her young age, she seemed very wise. I wish her and her family good health, happiness, and prosperity. Thank you, Alex, for masterclasses like these that not only help people learn something new but also bring them closer together. I believe this makes the world a better place!

I visited with my 5-year-old son. We had a very valuable experience thanks to the detailed explanation, tea tasting, and the opportunity to try brewing tea ourselves. The shop was exceptionally clean, quiet, and offered a truly special atmosphere.

It was a fantastic experience! The whole process was fun, and the instructors were very humorous 😉 They also gave some food suggestions! Just be careful, drinking 6 cups of coffee at once will really send your caffeine levels off the charts 🤣 If you like egg coffee, you definitely shouldn't miss it 😉 They also have tutorials on making specialty cocktails 👀 Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely worth it!
