In the evening, they wrote in whatsapp and reported the fence time from the hotel. At the time indicated the bus arrived and delivered to the pier. The breakfast was quite diverse and before dinner in the pier was enough. All the alcohol on the ship was paid. The cruise was filled by about 80%, but the places were enough for everyone. I recommend.★

Good experience in the ha long bay. We did kayaking (another option is to do group boating) and went to the caves. The tour guide explained about the caves really well. Only issue was I our booking. We made the booking late at night for the next day and it got confirmed in the app. The next day we were told there are no seats available for our booking. The tour operator asked us to cancel our booking but the cancellation fee was too high. As we had other activities planned we went ahaead and paid 200k VND extra to join the tour.Trip.com should take special care about the booking process and should not charge cancellation fees if the operator is asking us to cancel the booking . This was a frustrating experience and there was no customer support for our booking.★
