A luxurious experience in an unparalleled natural setting. Everything was perfectly coordinated, with meticulous attention to every detail. The sunset over the bay and the view from our balcony made all the difference. It was a jam-packed tour. The guide contacted us via WhatsApp the day before with details, which eased our worries. Ha Long Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are a lot of people. The cave system is very large and impressive.

I rode in the front, and it was the best place with plenty of legroom. The driver turned on the massage function in the seat and reclined the backrest, as if he knew my back had been sore all morning. We rode confidently, without rushing or shaking; I even dozed off a bit.

What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!

This cruise was the best experience during my Vietnam journey. Everything was perfect: service, food, activities. The boat is pretty new so everything was very clean. We even had a pool! The service was excellent very friendly and you had always the option to choose between one or two activities. I would book this Trip again, but only with Calista again and next time I would book 2 nights for sure.


