What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!

The cabin was excellent, the boat was stable and didn't rock much. It was a fantastic first experience sleeping on a boat. The air conditioning in the room was wonderfully cool; I set it to 16 degrees Celsius and slept comfortably. The blankets and bed were also great. I'll definitely bring my family back again if I have the chance. (The food was delicious, exceeding all expectations!)

Overall, it was good. The organizer added WeChat in advance to let me know some details. I was quite satisfied with the entire itinerary. It was a worry-free and hassle-free day trip. The Vietnamese tour guide was also quite responsible and dropped me off near my hotel in Hanoi. I recommend this day trip.

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.


