The itinerary description and the actual itinerary differed. The entire trip mentioned meeting at a specific point, but no one contacted us to explain the details, leaving us to explore on our own, which was quite confusing. Fortunately, the scenery was beautiful and fantastic.★

I bought the wrong ticket; I thought it was a helicopter. Overall, it's okay, but the plane is quite narrow, seating about 10 people. It's a bit cramped. If possible, definitely sit in the front passenger seat next to the pilot. You can wear headphones there, and there's a steering wheel in front; the photos turn out better.★

Cruise Whitsundays is probably the most attentive and luxurious company in the Whitsundays, but it's also the most expensive. The staff are very responsible, there are many water sports available, and the lunch and afternoon tea are both delicious and high-quality!★
