The driver was very punctual. We booked a 5 PM departure time and arrived at the zoo around 6:30 PM. We went straight to see the wildlife show, then took a mini-train to see the herbivores and carnivores. The experience was quite good, although the commentary was only in English, and we only understood about half of it. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to explore the walking area. It would be better to book an earlier departure time, such as 3 PM, for a more complete experience.★

Playing with the elephants was so much fun! The service was excellent, and I was very happy. I'll definitely come back next time. It felt very safe! I was a little scared at first, but the staff were incredibly patient in guiding and interacting with us. The elephants were so gentle, and we could even give them a bath. The experience at the sticky waterfall was also fantastic!★

Overall, the elephant camp and Sticky Waterfall were alright, but the itinerary didn't go as planned, which meant we didn't eat until after 2 PM, and we were starving.
