We loved it as tour guide is skiilful in navigating through the itineraries despite the weather (we visited Huxueyan mansion first as it was raining and went to Xihu later on when the weather cleared up). Not sure if it's because if timing change, most of the time the place we visited is not crowded at all and it really felt like super private tour! No hard selling and the restaurant recommended in Xihu is very very nice.

Our tour guide, Ms. Zheng (who's a bit chubby), was incredibly kind. The itinerary was well-organized, and her explanations were very detailed and interesting. She seemed to have at least studied Song Dynasty history. Most importantly, her photography skills were amazing! I hope I can meet her again next time I have the chance.

The service was excellent! Although it was a bit chilly, the guides were very welcoming and explained the scenery from different angles along the hiking route. The route was very well-planned and unforgettable.
