Traveling alone in Hanoi, choose to travel with a group for a day trip in Halong Bay in Trip.com . 1. The day before the departure after the reservation is successful, the staff will add your WeChat to send you specific itinerary and precautions. It is best to look at the name and license plate of the car and cruise ship in advance, otherwise it may not be found during the trip to affect the itinerary; 2. The bus is picked up by time. I have set a five-star cruise package. The 20-seat bus is selected. The location is very comfortable. The time is about 8 o'clock in the morning. It is a better time. It is only late at night. 8:30 in the evening; 3. The five-star cruise ship feels very good. Whether it is space service or meals, the price difference is not big. It is recommended to choose a more expensive one. After all, it takes more than 2 hours to take a car unilaterally, and 1 hour by boat still affects the experience. 4. The travel process arrangement is also good, relatively easy and compact, more than 10 of our group are basically foreigners, people are very nice, everyone is very happy to play together; 5. There is only one self-funded project with a boat of 200,000 VND. After the experience, it is worth the price. In addition, when you first arrive in Xialong Bay, you will go to the shopping store first. It should be that you will basically go with the group here. We had an incredible experience in Halong Bay! We navigated through pristine waters, verdant landscapes, and meandered through secluded passageways enveloped by distinctive rock formations. Our journey led us to Hang Sung Sot Cave, also known as the Surprising Cave, renowned as the most iconic cave in Ha Long Bay. Its breathtaking beauty, adorned with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites, has earned it the nickname "opera house". We concluded our day at the beach, basking in the warm waters and soaking in the stunning scenery.★

Excellent cruise with Halong Catamaran. We really enjoyed ourselves and the cruise provider is excellent. The cruise guide Victor was super helpful and took some very nice shots of the boat ride to the caves and our family playing on the slides into the sea. Overall an excellent experience. To make it a little more premium, the transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay could be a little more premium instead of a regular big coach with many different types of passengers.★

I give the pick-up service three points, and the Halong Bay cruise ship five points, so the comprehensive four points. It is recommended to read the service content carefully before ordering, ask about the pick-up time and the type of car, boarding and disembarking time. I booked the VIP category, but the pick-up is a carpool service, pick-up at 6 am. It should be a two-and-a-half-hour trip from Hanoi City Expressway to Halong Bay. The driver was half an hour late, and he shared a car with the local office workers and stopped a lot. Negotiated with the service provider and was told that this was the VIP service. After disembarking at 4:30, I was told that it was the same carpool service and I had to arrive at the hotel after 9 pm. This VIP service is the most disrespectful time for passengers.★

This was a great way to experience Ha Long Bay! We were picked up from our accommodation and enjoyed great commentary along the way by Linh our guide. Linh shared lots of information about the history and culture of Vietnam throughout the day. We saw and learned so much. We were travelling with my mum who walks with a walking stick and Linh and the staff were always helpful. The lunch on the boat was lovely and there was so much of it that we couldn’t eat all of it! We were able to take a speed boat ride as well as a traditional boat ride during the day.
